The Elder Planning Counselor™ is the first elder designation designed in Canada. Developed from the ground up by Canadian professionals, the EPC™ provides thorough training for providing the best advice and service to clients over 55.
The Elder Planning Counselor™ course is offered by Business Career College in partnership with the Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies (CIEPS). The designation program takes a comprehensive look at the issues affecting Canada's elders including Aging & Health Issues, Social & Psychological Issues, Financial Issues and Communication & Other Timely Issues. This designation is great for professionals from many fields including, but not limited to, financial services, insurance services, nursing, social work, funeral homes and tax services.
CIEPS has this course accredited for 22.5 A.I.C. Continuing Education credits & 22.5 Schedule A Continuing Education credits for social workers.
