Bob Watt

Bob Watt has over 28 years of sales, marketing, management, and training experience in the financial services industry. As a highly motivated sales professional Bob finished in the top ten percent of new agents in his first year with a leading Canadian Life Insurer, and achieved MDRT level of production in his third year. He led his province in group insurance sales for two years.

His hard work and dedication led him to Regional Manager of Northern Alberta for a mid-sized Canadian financial services company; and later to a partnership in his own agency.

Bob brings Business Career College, Ment-r.com and your business this wealth of knowledge and experience in recruiting, training, developing, mentoring, and coaching sales agents. Bob has developed skills in the areas of teaching all financial services related courses as a result of carrying licenses in both life insurance and securities having passed his mutual funds exam and his branch complance officer exam and having taken CFP, CLU and FLMI courses while working in the field.  Bob has recently developed a boot camp to help people prepare for the Exempt Securities Proficiency exam.

Bob is part owner of a Business Career College and Ment-r.com and currently serves the role of President and CEO.
